Russian Elle cover and fashion shoot

I’m so pleased with these pictures from my Elle magazine photo shoot, they are absolutely wonderful. Again photographer Antoine Verglas has done an amazing job. We work so well together, his direction is perfect and he is always so encouraging.

I felt amazing in those black dresses, which were by one of my favourite designers, John Galliano. Whenever I wear any of his clothes I always feel like I’m wearing pure gold, his designs are beyond beautiful. I am very lucky to be able to get to wear his clothes.

The photos were taken in Thailand at the same time as the Maxim photo shoot, so as you can see I didn’t get to do a lot of lounging around whilst I was there, but as I said in the Elle interview, I’m not one for lying in the sun on holiday, I prefer to go walking or on a trip to see something, I’m more than happy to spend the whole day walking around.

I really enjoyed doing both photo shoots, they were so different from each other which made it a lot of fun because I was able to be like two different characters, sexy Valeriya for Maxim and sophisticated Valeriya for Elle - of course Joseph loves both!!
